DKJ series actuators are driving devices for valve opening, closing or regulating control. They are suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, cock valves and dampers which turn 90 degrees. This series of electric actuators can be controlled remotely or operated on site. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, food, textile, paper-making, pharmaceutical, waterworks and sewage treatment industries.
DKJ series electric actuator is the terminal control device of industrial process measurement and control system. It can convert the control signal of the system into angular displacement and linear displacement of output shaft, control the position of closure parts such as valves or other adjusting mechanism, and make the controlled medium work according to the specified state of the system. The electric actuator can be divided into feedback and regulation according to the control mode. The regulated actuator is composed of an electric servo amplifier and an integral actuator. It can compare the control signal of the system with the feedback signal about the position of the output shaft (closed-loop control) to change the stroke of the output shaft and make it proportional to the output signal. Feedback actuator is composed of servo motor, reducer and position transmitter. It can cooperate with electric operator to realize remote operation of valve or other regulating mechanism.
